Tutoring Experience

I have tutored students for 2.5 years, including throughout my time at Cambridge. I find supporting students to achieve their very best incredibly rewarding.

I now have over 200 hours of tutoring experience, focussing on :
- A Level: Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Economics

- University Preparation: Personal Statements for STEM/Econ courses, Admissions assessment preparation (TMUA, MAT, STEP, TSA, NSAA, ENGAA), and Oxbridge interview practice (Oxford E+M, Econ+Hist, Cambridge Econ)

80% of the 10 students I tutored for Cambridge Economics entry in the 2022 admissions cycle have received interviews, and my students have also done very well in A-Level Maths and Further Maths, all receiving A-A*.

Tutoring Approach

I believe that continuously reviewing work that we've covered together is critically important for students' success. Together we will review each lesson's content with practice questions and a constant dialogue to ensure full understanding. I also believe students benefit from receiving as much feedback as possible.

I aim to simplify difficult topics down to their fundamental concepts and then build in more detail so that students can answer questions at all levels. Overall, I want to make each session we have together fun, not boring!
