Achieved 8A*s, 2As in my GCSEs and 3A*s at A-level. I adapt my teaching style to each student and ensure that I change my lessons to ensure that the students gain the most out of my sessions.

Tutoring Experience
I have been a GCSE and A-level tutor for the past three years, with a substantial amount of successful results ranging from A*/As at GCSEs all the way up to successful admissions to Oxford and Cambridge University and prestigious medical schools. I have helped students adopt an effective and efficient approach to their revision for exams, as well as mentoring students for university admission tests such as the BMAT.
I also provide mock interviews for university applications; specific for the course and university the student is applying to. In addition, I have helped students with writing their personal statements. Furthermore, I spent the summer of 2019 developing my teaching skills by teaching debating to a class of 16 children in Beijing, China.
Tutoring Approach
I believe that each pupil has their own unique and individual approach to learning and I adjust my tutoring methods according to the needs of each student. I also believe, by showing enthusiasm and providing ways students can develop their own interests, I can help students take an active role in their learning.
With university admissions, including but not limited to Oxbridge/medical applicants, it is key for the students to know what the university is looking for and I have a plethora of experience in helping students achieve success in this area. Alongside interview preparations and personal statements, admission tests can be quite daunting and that is where I can help.
With 11+/GCSE/A-level content, I tutor students in a way that ensures outstanding results in their exams. It is important here to teach alongside the specification of each exam boards specifically, as well as making sure students inherently understand the content in an engaging and informative manner.
